Public Cooking Classes


publicclass The Natural Epicurean offers public classes in health-supportive and plant-based cooking for those interested in learning new techniques in the kitchen and expanding their home menus and recipes. We welcome beginners, as well as the seasoned home chef, who are interested in the benefits of a healthy plant-based diet. You will become a conscious chef in our Healthy Meals for the Busy Cook Series, Vegan Baking, Cooking Out of the CSA Box, Meatless Mondays, or kickstart your healthy eating with our Tastebud Reboot Series.  Sign up for classes in your area!

The Healthy Kitchen

We know that health starts in the kitchen, and I bet your kitchen is ready for a cleanse! This 3-hour course is designed to help you make better food choices under the guidance of a culinary health coach and the support of your peers. You will learn how to restock your pantry, read labels, and make healthy shopping lists and meal plans, as well as taste and create flavorful meals that incorporate more fruits, vegetables, and healthy proteins and fats.
