Chapter Lead Bio – Nicole Malesky

Nicole Malesky found The Natural Epicurean Academy of Culinary Arts while earning her certification in yoga studies at Yoga Yoga Austin. When the opportunity to expand her learning into plant-based cooking and wellness emerged, Nicole immediately saw the potential of the future, educating others on the healing dynamic of which food as medicine was originally founded. Nicole holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Arts/ Journalism, and pursued a graduate degree in English Literature. Combined with her educational background, skills as a former writer/ editor and public speaker, and her passion for plant-based cooking and nutrition, the opportunity to become a Chapter Lead for The Natural Epicurean was a perfect fit. Her dedication to animal welfare, environmental issues, and plant-based nutrition to promote whole body health and healing are at the core of her message today. It brings Nicole great joy to be able to work with the people of San Antonio to provide culinary health education and support based on the Five Essential Healing Modalities; Vegan, Vegetarian, Raw, Ayurveda and Macrobiotics. “I feel privileged to work with the people of my community to engage in a dialogue and collaboration which supports long-term health, a better quality of life, and a healthier and more peaceful world for ourselves and our children.”
